This is the last week with the lead up to the children in need live show on friday, everyone is getting the last bits of work done towards the final show, since i have everything ready on my part for the tasters i have been working on the Live and Loud show, i have created my own title/bumper for the show which gets played every now and then throughout the show almost like an advert reminding people what there watching. The programme took about 3 days to finish editing and burning on to a disk ready for the radio show and got delivered on time which i was pleased about because i felt like a sucessfully made a worthwhile and satisfying product which i was pleased to say i did with the help of a well bodied crew and bens help getting the bands in. Tuesday we recorded and aired the second taster which was much better compared to the first, Richard and Lisa did a nice intro to most haunted effectivly using the lights made dark and gave a spooky atmosphere. The thursday that week was the day to air the final taster this went really well we had the right timings, good countdown's and everyone was motivated to finish with the tasters.
The friday we did the final children in need show, the live 5 hour broadcast. This i thought was a complete success everyone worked together well and i feel i did my job as vision mixer as well as i ever could, everything seemed to run smoothly and any hiccups were dealt with calmly and proffesionally such as having to take out content towards the end when we realised we were running over, my running order for the day shows all the changes and annotations made to the day.
